Whether you are a developer planning a lot layout, an urban planning specialist designing a new city block, a landscaper or a student in architecture, you need something to make your plans of. A model set if you're going to place it in a glass cube or a set of images if you're making a Web site or a poster.

Standard City Icons replace bricks and mockups of buildings and other objects of city infrastructure, allowing you to lay out neighborhoods, lay out city blocks or entire cities. Standard City Icons are drawn in isometric projection. The images are perfect for making 3D-looking tourist maps of historical quarters or business districts. Or just design a simple Web map for your guests to find your building easily.

The icons look great both online and on paper thanks to the numerous sizes and resolutions available. While the smallest sizes are small enough to fit onto a display of a PDA, the bigger images look impressive when printed poster-size. You can print a wall-sized poster if you need to with vector sources readily available!

Each icon in the set comes in sizes of 16x16, 24x24, 32x32, 48x48 and 256x256 pixels, yet the extra-high-resolution versions of 1200x1200 pixels are also supplied at no extra charge. Demanding users and professionals are welcome to use vector images supplied in Autodesk 3DS Max format for a fee. Technically, the icons are available in color depths of 256 colors and True Color, and are supplied in ICO, BMP, GIF, and PNG formats. The high-resolution versions come in JPEG, TIFF and PNG formats.

Drawn in isometric projection, Standard City Icons look truly three-dimensional. SimCity experience comes to mind when looking at city layouts and maps made with Standard City Icons.

There are enough icons in Standard City Icons to lay out the whole city. The pack includes icons for Downtown, Suburbs, Road, Church, Restaurant, Houses, University, Warehouse, Hospital, Hotel, and many more, over 40 unique images in total. Each icon is carefully crafted in vector format and professionally rasterized.
