So before you go off and correct your dog's actions, think about what you're doing first. Are you acting out of frustrations? Will your correction or criticism correct things or make matters worse? So many times people use stressful actions while correcting dog behavior. Make sure that you're fair to your dog and that you treat your dog with love and care.

Build the Connection With Your Dog

Treat your dog with respect. This is something that a lot of dog owners fail at. If you really want to train your dog with ease, you must convey how much you care about your dog. This includes not treating your dog like an animal with a leash. Your dog is an emotional animal that interprets what you communicate. So do it well.

So how do you build this connection? One of the easiest ways is to accept your dog into your life. That could mean spending more quality time with your dog. Accept your dog into your family time. Treating your dog like another member of the family works wonders.
